Welcome to our contemporary tiny house nestled on Lake Shore Drive. The Tiny House at Deep Creek Lake boasts lake views from the large airy windows as well as the front and side porch, and a serene wooded landscape and large green space. This dog-friendly new construction retreat is the perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful, relaxing vacation, right in the heart of Deep Creek Lake. 

The cottage features modern amenities and thoughtful touches, offering a full sized bathroom, kitchen and living room with vaulted ceilings and a loft bedroom with an adjustable Simmons BeautyRest pillow top bed. The open-concept design allows for plenty of natural light to flood the space, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Step outside onto the private deck and take in the picturesque vista of the glistening lake and wooded landscape. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or stargazing at night beside the fire pit, The Tiny House at Deep Creek Lake offers privacy and convenience.

Located across the road from the lake and all its amenities, this cottage is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers, foodies or those looking to hunker down and unwind.  Enjoy swimming, fishing or boating at the public access spot a short stroll down Lake Shore Drive. Skiing or snowboarding at the WISP is a short five minute drive. Head around the corner to Deep Creek Lake State Park for a leisurely walk along the shore or spend the day with your toes in the sand at the beach. For those seeking adventure, the area offers hiking and mountain biking trails and water activities to satisfy your sense of exploration.

The Details:

New Construction, just under 500 square feet, featuring a full kitchen and bath. Open floor plan living room that spills out onto a side porch with back patio and firepit. Sleeps 2-4. A loft bedroom with a full size adjustable pillow top Simmons BeautyRest bed and lake views. The living room couch pulls out into a full sized bed, tucked away for your convenience is a memory foam mattress topper for a lush and comfortable night's sleep. Lots of green space with ample parking, patio with grill, fire pit. WiFi, flatscreen t.v., record player, all of the essentials. Plenty of room for your family or pups to run around. Oh, and the location is unbeatable!

Our first time in a tiny home. If you have bad knees you may want to rethink this property Centrally located! We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the Adirondack chairs. I would recommend this home for adults with young knees! I was hoping to see more of the lake. The construction equipment next door was a put off, but we were out and about most of the time. We rented a pontoon boat for a day then did a lot of hiking the other days.

Prefect Get away!!

We had an amazing getaway at the Tiny House visiting from Washington, D.C. area for a couple of days. The property manager was easy to reach and made the check-in process seamless. When we first arrived, the place was a bit warm, likely due to the time of day, but it cooled down by the evening. The manager provided excellent recommendations for activities, including hiking, dining options, and a beach area for us and our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Perfect Getaway House!

The tiny house was 100% as advertised. It was clean, the host was very responsive, and the location was perfect. This is an ideal weekend getaway house for a couple or small family. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Deep Creek!

Great getaway

Fantastic Little Getaway

Quaint Tiny home

We stayed for a few days , first time in a tiny home !The home was well laid out , living room was comfy , kitchen well stocked , and location was perfect. Owner was very responsive and gave perfect tips prior to the trip! The coffee bar was delicious and also offered a nice bottle of wine . They thought of everything! The only downfall that I could see and it’s only due to our age the sleeping quarters in the loft is very small , some one younger or kids would love it! We enjoyed ourselves immensely!

Couple's Weekend at the Tiny House

First, the stay was too short! Deep Creek, any time of year is incredible. Boat/Ski/Swim in the summer, ski/skate/sled in the winter, not to mention the great surroundings. The Tiny House is perfect for someone to get away. Jeff and the fam go the extra mile to make things super nice. To the luxurious Nespresso coffee, and snacks, to spring water and a hot tub to warm the heart and melt the cares away. House is not that tiny, actually. It is very comfy for a couple. Super clean and well kept. The only thing to be aware of is the few steps to the loft bed are steep and the shower head is a bit low, but you expect those kinds of things with a Tiny House. The bed was excellent, best sleep my wife and I had in months. The owners have thought of everything you need for your stay. All you need is your clothes, essential toiletries, and food. Everything else is taken care of!

Deep Creek Tiny House

We had a wonderful stay at this little house. The lake views were beautiful and it was located close to everything we wanted to check out. The hottub and record player were added bonus's during our snowy weekend. Definetly reccommend!

Great Stay!

The Tiny House was an awesome getaway space for us and our pupper. The space is very clean and well maintained. We loved the little touches of dog treats and small bottles of champagne greeting us upon check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and hot tub was perfect for stargazing in the cold weather. Jeff provided a lot of information on local eateries and attractions that made us feel even more at home.

Lovely!

What a cute property. They’ve thought of everything needed for the stay! Fire pit, hot tub, yard, & perfect homie spot with lakes views for our mountain vacation! All the essentials are covered here, and very thoughtful host. Close proximity to plenty of things to do around town. We had a good combination of cooking and staying in to relax with our 5 month old, and pup, but also got out and about to the local hiking trails, in between rain. We saw plenty of deer and our first snow flurry of the season! Loved our stay!

Great vacation/getaway spot

The Tiny House was easy to find and you could see the lake across the road. We were able to enter with a code and the host left us a care package that included a bottle of wine and treats for the dogs. The inside of the home was clean and family friendly. There is a lot of outdoor space to grill, soak in the hot tub or have a fire. The host provided a lot of activities to do in the area and places to eat. Jeff kept in communication with us during our stay and responded back to messages quickly. We look forward to staying here again!

Loved the Tiny House!

My fiancé, my small dog and myself stayed for two nights at the tiny house and absolutely loved it! The house and the property was very clean. All of the amenities were perfectly thought out, we especially enjoyed getting to have our own camp fires each night. The location of the tiny house is perfectly central to all Deep Creek restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend staying at the tiny house, we can’t wait to go back!
