Situated near Swallow Falls State Park and Herrington Manor State Park, you'll have easy access to breathtaking waterfalls and scenic hiking trails. Whether you're into hiking, fishing, or simply soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors, you'll find plenty of opportunities for adventure and relaxation. ​​​​​​​This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee) Max. parking spaces: 2 IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. Upon opening the front door, the odor was terrible and offensive and it lasted for about 3 days. The cabin is dark and quite small compared to the pictures. I was shocked. The bedroom is tiny. No room to put any luggage or travel bags. The bathroom shower drain needed to be unclogged. The bed was quite firm and the sofa was not comfortable. No cell phone service. Has a lovely front porch, however, cabin is situated close to the road which turned out to be less of a bother than our first impression anticipated. The cabin was very tidy upon arrival, firewood was provided which was unexpected based on the listing, linens and cookware were in good condition, and the setup was very homey. Property was beautifully covered in snow all weekend with friendly locals and plenty of wildlife to watch while we sat on the porch swing for coffee.
