The Space: You will feel instantly at home when you enter this spacious 1600 sq ft house, with its light-filled rooms and big comfortable beds. Just walk in and relax using the smart keyless entry. Step into the modern-styled living room and unwind on the plush sofa and two matching armchairs giving you a quiet place to get lost in a good book or to catch up with friends. The gourmet kitchen sits opposite and comes fully equipped to cook meals; all you need to do is bring the ingredients. There is a full-sized fridge/freezer with a water/ice dispenser, a dishwasher, an oven with a gas burner cooktop, a coffee maker, and all the pots, pans, tableware, and utensils you could need. Eat together at the dining table with seating for four. There are three extra seats at the sleek marble breakfast bar as well. If you don’t feel like cooking, head downtown to enjoy countless restaurants, cafes, food trucks, and bars just minutes away. There are three generous bedrooms with comfortable queen beds topped in soft linen for a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home. The master bedroom offers two queen beds making it perfect for couples and or families. It is accompanied by a lavish adjoining ensuite with a full-size bath, an overhead shower, and his and hers vanity. Bedroom two offers a queen bed, a full-sized mirror, and a reading chair by the window. Bedroom one has a queen-sized bed, a full-sized mirror, and an upholstered bench. But, we were always able to find spots within a block of the home. The neighbors were friendly and it was an easy commute across the bay bridge to site seeing locations. I do want to warn that even though Jack London Square is a cute and up and coming area not far from this home, our rental car was broken into during brunch in this area. Do not leave any valuables in your car. This is true throughout the greater San Fran area. Rental cars are targeted, it seems. That being said, we had no issues in the home neighborhood itself. Kind, very responsive, and non-existent while we were at the property . The house was like a newly renovated hotel. Everyone was blown away by how comfortable the beds were and how soft the sheets.
