The space Bright and spacious; 2 bedrooms and 1-bathroom upper stairs, Living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs. We refinished hardwood floor in the living room and bedroom; replaced tile floor in dining, kitchen and bathroom to make simple and clean. Flat screen TV in living room, appliances and cooking wares are ready if you love to cook. Coffee maker or tea to fresh you up in the morning. You would like to be at Jade-home because it's a home. Other things to note, We put a lock on the front door, the code will be provided after you have booked the place. This is super friendly and easy for self-check-in and especially when you need to check in at a late schedule. Check out is also super easy and simply, just "lock and leave". Yes, we do not ask guests to do any cleaning like leave dirty towels in the bathroom, clean dishes after use etc. We want you to enjoy this vacation 100% physically and mentally. No pet. We love cats and dogs however my son and myself are allergic to cats and dogs. We're worried that the guest after you may have also be allergic to cats and dogs. No smoking inside the house. The smoking penalty is up to $500 plus other damages. The house was perfect! It was very clean and came packed with snacks and waters and all amenities anyone could ever need. It is in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile from great restaurants and bars. It was the perfect location between where our friends live in Vallejo and San Francisco where we had a great time. Everything was spotless and well thought out. The "snack basket" that others also mentioned really is a life saver. We got in very late due to a flight reschedule and it tided us over until the morning. We also slept very well, which is not always the case when travelling. Public transportation is also very convenient and the nearby 96b bus stop and BART system took us to downtown San Francisco without the driving stress and enormous parking fees.We highly recommend JadeHouse if you are planning to visit S.F. and the surrounding area. The home was in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Not too far outside of San Francisco if that is where you're going. She was very communicative and incredibly flexible after our long drive up. The place was very clean, well stocked with welcome snacks, plenty of water and I think I even saw maybe ginger beer? I'm not sure because I was so distracted by the snacks on the dining room table lol.The heat worked fantastically, oh my goodness. We had no issues staying warm since the weather was chilly. I also really liked the daybed in the living room because it allowed my sister to lounge on the couch while I would lounge on the daybed when we watched tv. Having dedicated parking was great but the driveway is a little narrow so I actually found parking on the street during the two days we stayed. The accommodations were very comfortable and central to getting in and out to Oakland. Easy check-in and out. This was a great choice for a trip to the Bay Area with our adult daughter. Extremely well-stocked kitchen.
