"Clean, updated and modern room and hotel with convenient bar/restaurant. However, they have you choose the days for housekeeper service by filling out a paper given to you at check in and my room was never serviced during my entire 5 day stay. I had to get towels and toilet paper from the front desk twice during my stay."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The neighborhood is not safe but the hotel felt extremely safe and comfortable. The staff was very friendly."

"Hotel by the water with a view... We picked this hotel specifically for the "water view". payed more $ for water view although on the ground floor we had a small building obstruction blocking the view. We checked in at 3pm to be early and hopefully get the upstars, and was told that was all there was the ground floor with this obstruction. Also our toilet plugged up, no fault of ours. A plunger was brought in immediately. Otherwise this hotel is pleasant. "

"no regular coffee available for room coffee maker; being from out of town, didn't realize the area isn't the safest. Won't be staying there in the future."

"It was really great and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. The only thing I found strange was my television was unplugged as was my bedside lamp. It wasn’t super way to access the outlets to reply them in and those were two pretty major items that should be easy to turn on."
