This property exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 2 days, due to my home being remodeled. The rooms are spacious, filled with all the necessities. It was truly a home away from home. It was a plus because they accept fur babies. The decor was lively and fun. I would definitely go back.

I loved my stay there! It was clean, quiet, the staff was welcoming. My only complaint was the bed was hard! Felt like I was sleeping on a very firm cardboard box. My Lyft driver had said he had the same experience. I still still slept well though. So for a night or two it’s not bad considering everything else is fabulous.

We had a great weekend up until the last morning. I went downstairs around 6:35 AM to ask if late check out was available as how I had been advised the day before. The girl at the front desk said yes I will not your room for 12:30 PM. One back upstairs in around 9 AM housekeeping was knocking on our door (I’m not sure why they were talking at 9 AM considering check out is at 11). I told her no we are doing late check out at 12:30. 11:05 AM. She was knocking on the door again. Then the front desk called and stated they don’t have a check out and I told them about when I went down earlier that morning and the girl said OK well we will give it to you but if you leave anytime after 1230 we will be charging, which is understandable, but not sure where the disconnect was of who I spoke to that morning. We were celebrating our ninth year anniversary, so it’s a bit upsetting to end it on such a note of the hotel hustling us all morning to check out. They were still going to get a good review from me up until now, even though we couldn’t sleep in yesterday either because you hear housekeeping yelling at each other in the hallway from room to room. I also wasn’t going to mention how we reserved and paid for a room with a view of the mountains and water yet all we got was a View of the building next-door. The rooms are nice. The hotel is nice, but beware of check out if you were requesting late, check out end of you if you request it when you book and pay.

It’s a nice hotel with great rooms but it doesn’t really have any food options nearby. The hotel next door has a bistro but they have VERY limited options on their menu and the one night I decided to go there they were closed because apparently they “didn’t have anybody to work”. Overall the property is nice but if you don’t rent a car you’ll spend a fortune on food delivery.

BLUE ANGELS FUN & EXCITING WEEKEND
I enjoyed the stay it was very nice and peaceful. It’s a place where you just want to go and R-E-L-A-X, and that is EXACTLY WHAT I DID!! A shout out to the front desk Girl Jovy (“sounds just like Bon Jovie”) she was very accommodating and my son George and I will be back soon!!

We love this property! It is located in a very safe and secure part of Oakland, backing up to the Oakland airport. Although it is very close to the airport, you rarely hear the planes flying overhead. This location is especially nice on weekends, as it is located in the heart of a business district that is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The staff is very friendly and the location is very clean. We will be back!

Big refrigerator. Stay of the art gym 24 hours (1 room). Reasonably priced. Not noisy. Quiet. No aircraft noise. Sauna shared with Hampton Inn across the street.
