\- A dedicated living area featuring comfortable seating, a 55-inch smart TV to stream your favorite show, and high-speed WiFi  
\- A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, toiletries, and fresh towels  
\- A private entrance so you can come and go as you please  
\- The living area has a mini cooking station (nearby bathroom for dishwashing) with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, air fryer, toaster, pots and pans, condiments, rice, oatmeal, coffee/tea, and essential dishware

I was selling a house in a neighboring town and needed a place to stay that would accept my cats. We were welcomed immediately. It's a beautiful unit in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Close to BART and downtown Castro Valley.
