First floor contains one bedroom and one full bathroom. Second floor contains kitchen, living area, balcony, dining area, laundry room, and half bathroom. Third floor contains master bedroom and master bathroom, and second bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

No Pets. No Parties/Events. NO EXTRA GUESTS besides number booked for allowed on property without approval. Quiet hours after 10pm. Strictly enforced. No refunds will be given if house rules are not followed.
