About this space  
Very private and quiet apartment (attached guest-house) with world class views and spacious living area. Private deck, balcony, natural bamboo floors and natural stone bath and kitchen. Cable TV, DVD (with lots of movies), Stereo. Second small bedroom/office included, too small to list as a second bedroom but functional and also has the same view  
Private driveway parking, and ample street parking.  
The space  
Spacious sunny duplex with stunning views of entire SF Bay Area overlooking north Berkeley and in close proximity to Tilden Park. Newly renovated and tastefully appointed one bedroom unit with small secondary room which can be used as an office or bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests, large deck and balcony, fireplace and wet bar. Quiet and secure neighborhood.  
  
Enjoy a peaceful and private stay in the hills just minutes from UC or downtown Berkeley. This Eichler style home is newly renovated with a simple modern design, warm furnishings and open beam ceilings.  
Bamboo floors throughout, travertine bath, modern kitchen with natural limestone tile flooring. With stunning views of the entire San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge from every room and southwest exposure, there is ample sunlight all around.  
  
The spacious bedroom downstairs opens onto a private deck that provides even more extensive views which include the north and south bay! This apartment is comfortably furnished with ample room to stretch out and relax  
  
Located on the crest of the hills above Berkeley’s famous ‘Gourmet Ghetto’, Live Oak Park, The Rose Garden. Within easy walking distance to Tilden Park Park which boasts a beautiful Merry-Go-Round, Botanical Garden, Steam Train, Animal Farm, and an 18-hole Golf Course. The surrounding area also has access to a network of countless neighborhood paths that beg to be walked. Access to public transportation is one block away, and it is a very short ride down to shops and amenities.  
  
Guests will have a separate entrance with plenty of private parking area provided.

Large main bedroom has a closet with extra linens, pillows, ironing board/iron. Fully furnished with a hint of Japanese design and private deck with an outdoor table/umbrella for dining, room for morning stretches or to enjoy a quiet read in the sun. Smaller adjoining room (small doorway not to code) can be used as bedroom or office  
  
Browse a library with books on local sites, travel, and interesting novels, as well as fun board games for those rainy quiet nights in.  
A large flat screen television is tucked away inside a beautiful antique armoire in living/dining area, stocked with DVD’s, as well as an iPhone compatible CD/Radio player. This apartment also boasts a large inviting fireplace to get cozy with while you sip on a complimentary bottle of local wine provided at the built-in wet bar!
