With its lower level game room, level lot, and modern upgrades, Bear Foot Cove is sure to satisfy! Need more to convince you to book your stay? Your private dock, located along a quiet cove, is just a short walk away; all you have to do is stroll across the street and you’re there!

Lake access for this property is located directly across the road from the house with a private dock slip with 2 slips. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

#### Awesome Property!!

We booked for a family get away and this property did not disappoint! Full bathrooms for each bedroom and 2 half baths? Wow! Beautiful details including the bear theme, well stocked, organized kitchen, large table and couch. Based on previous reviews where people said the dock was falling apart, we found the dock to be rebuilt and beautiful. This place was perfect for us! Also need to give a shout out to the property managers. We had an issue with the kitchen sink and then the upstairs air conditioner. The Railey maintenance man was prompt, polite and addressed the issues. If we were to have another deep creek get away, I would definitely rebook! Thank you!

#### Beautiful family vacation

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and Swallow Falls which was very close by. Loved the beverage refrigerators in both the kitchen and the downstairs rec room, they were so convenient. Hot tub was great, also!

#### Property not what they have listed.

Let me start by stating I never leave a bad review. This house is a mess. I feel terrible for the owners. I contacted property manager as soon as we arrived. Found…….. 1.kitchen falling apart almost every cabinet and drawer hanging in by a thread. 2.doorway in bedroom door jam falling off 3.doorway carpet staples sticking up which went into your foot every time you walk in bedroom 4. sheets on beds filthy 5. no pillow cases. We would have gladly brought our own. 6. couch pillows ripped zippers broke turned upside down so you don’t realize 7. hot tub not functioning properly all jets do not work. White stuff floating in it. 8. ceiling has water coming onto bathroom in basement which went on my child’s head when brushing his teeth. 9. dock falling apart. We have our own boats so yes we used the dock. It’s a mess Contact Railey vacations was told property manager would arrive no one showed. Saturday called again was told the same thing. Sunday no answer. No one ever showed to rectify any of the problems. On our arrival home spoke to a “manager” on Wednesday they claimed they meet on Thursdays to discuss properties. Then someone would return my call. Still have yet to hear from someone. They sent me an email stating there was nothing they could do. I feel terrible for the owners that you hire a company to take care of property and they are letting this beautiful home fall apart. And if you decide to still rent they have no outdoor chairs for fire no fire wood.

#### Beautiful home, lovely outdoor space, nice dock

This house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool table. The fire pit was pit and well maintained. The dock was nice to experience the lake in the early morning and evenings. The only drawback was that the beds are not super comfortable. We loved everything else about the house and property!

Such an amazing house and beautiful property! A few light bulbs out. Low water pressure. Dock is older but served our purpose. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. Would love to stay there again sometime!

#### Great House

The house itself suited our extended family's needs perfectly. The dock was a major concern and cause for us to consider other properties in the future. The rental listing stated that there were TWO slips, when in fact, there were NO slips; just an old rickety dock that extended straight out into the water. There were NO cleats and NO bumpers on the sides of the "dock." The boat had to be tied to the poles that anchor the dock in the water. Another major concern was the quality of the well water in the house. There was a lot of black particulate in the water, which caused us to wonder how recently the water had been tested or how recently the UV light had been changed. In my opinion, the dock needs to be replaced. The house was built in 2014, but the dock appears to be MUCH older than that.

#### Nice house, terrible beds.

This house was a beautiful, very nice place, nice location plenty of space for the group. The beds were all hard as a rock. Everyone in our party complained about the beds. Some of our group likes a firm mattress, but they even complained about the beds. Every night there was a fight for the sofa in the family room, which was extremely comfortable. Needless to say there will be many people visiting the chiropractor next week...

#### A really nice home.

This was a great home to stay. The pictures were exactly like in person. There was a surprise extra half bath on both floors plus the full baths in each room. We really enjoyed and loved this property. A few lights did not work but it didn't take away from anything. The kitchen was amazing!!!

#### Perfect Relaxing getaway

Bear Creek Cove was the perfect plce for my family's long overdue family reunion. The cabin is huge with plenty of space. The kids LOVED the pool table and huge yard. We spent lots of time on our kayaks. . . the dock is so close and convenient. The enormous fire pit out back was awesome! The kitchen veru well equipped with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, glassware and cutlerly. Plent of fridge space with the two beverage coolers. The location was quiet and private. . . and just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of Deep Creek marina and resturants. We would recommend Bear Creek Cove to anyone!

#### Nice house but disappointing experience

The communication with the property manager was a bit of a struggle. We arrived in the evening to find a pitch black house without power. The entire area was in a power outage (it happens, so no worries there), but the property manager didn’t tell us or give us a heads up whatsoever (even though the power had been out for hours). Additionally, the property manager called us 3-4 times about a prior guest leaving stuff behind, which was frustrating. Again, I don’t mind helping people out but asking me multiple times to take another guest’s package to the property manager’s office was unprofessional. As for the house itself: it was nice, spacious and a great space for a guys weekend. However, the water smelled and tasted horribly so we ended up having to buy bottled water for the entire week we were there. They also didn’t provide hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, or toilet paper, so we had to go and buy all of those items, which was disappointing for a property that we paid $3k+ for the week. Basically this place was as bare bones as possible and didn’t provide any additional amenities save for furniture and dishes. That said, the internet was solid. Bottom line: we enjoyed our week here, but would we book again? Probably not. If they actually provided basic items you’d expect from a rental property and the tap water was actually drinkable, then probably.

#### Cabin life...

This house is very big. The rooms are set up to maximize privacy. It’s very open and comfortable. There are several places to sit and socialize. The deck is huge!!! We enjoyed staying here.

#### Great Deck, overhang, 2 picnic tables! Stocked kitchen! Comfy beds. Great space for 14 of us!

We tacked on days, since coming to a family wedding. We had 2 days of off/on rain so we were pleased to have outside area with overhand to watch the rain & kids could splash in puddles there & when dry, play Corn Hole! Rules for clean up clearly stated & what to bring clearly stated! We were also thrilled to have access to the Health Club & pool, which we took advantage of 2 days in a row. We would definitely return. Love the Deep Creek area!
