Reminded us of the customer service vacation rentals use to have with great communication from the owner, a welcome package of wine, smores and other goodies. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of daily necessities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and patio. No complaints....great rental and great job by Mariam overall. The upstairs bedrooms were a bit on the hot side. Not sure if there was air conditioning there or not. It didn't feel like much air was coming out of the vents even though they were open. The ceiling fans helped and it was bearable to sleep once the temperature cooled down at night. Overall, we would stay again if ever in the area. ##### Jennifer O. Communication with owner was smooth and the place was even nicer than we expected. Everything was easy to get to- grocery store, Yosemite Valley, etc. We were there in the winter so we didn’t make much use of the outdoor spaces but the wood burning stove was really great to have - just buy your own firewood. One thing to note is that there is no large dining table so we had to make do with a small kitchen table for meals. One morning the power to the whole neighborhood went out, and we had no cell signal or wifi, so I would plan to download important information in advance of your trip. ##### Sujata S. It was perfect for our party of 5 and it was close enough to enjoy bass lake one day and Yosemite the next. I would recommend the house for sure as the host is very responsive and kind.
