Please let us know ahead of time and we\`ll leave a special treat for your pup :) EXTRA GUESTS: Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. SMOKING: Please do not smoke or vape inside. But we\`re in the country and there\`s a lot of open air just outside the door. Please consider the risk of fire. Hot tub will be inspected after each guest. \-If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the Guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $150. \-We provide red plastic cup for guests to use if broken glass is found in the tub, the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $300. \-Damage to any cover will result in a $450 charge. Covers should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. \-No children under the age of 12 years old are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. \-Animals are not allowed in the spa, A separate $150 cleaning fee will be added for breaking this rule. \-Guest agrees to follow the hot tub usage instructions posted by the hot tub. The bromine floater must remain in the hot tub at all times. \-A hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled by the host. Guest is not to drain the hot tub. Additional fees may apply. SECURITY CAMERAS : There is a Ring security camera at the front door and a solar camera on the shed overlooking the driveway. The cameras are installed for the safety of both guests and the host. Please do not touch or temper with the security cameras. Touching or tampering the security camera is subject to possible eviction. PACKAGES: For liability reasons, package deliveries to the home are not permitted. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby pick up center. CHECK IN/OUT: Check in will always be 4pm unless previously agreed upon by the host. There is a $25/hr early check in fee. Please be ready to check out at 11am. Prompt check out allows us enough time to clean the property and get it ready for the next guest. Late checkouts can throw off our whole cleaning and prep schedules. A $50 fee per hour will be applied to any late checkout (maximum two hours). EV CHARGING: There is no EV charging permitted at the property. A $50 per night fee will be applied for any EV charging violations. There are many EV chargers in town (Papa Murphy, Jack in the Box, Oakhurst Inn, Oakhurst Grill and Teneya Lodge). Strict Cancellation Policy & Extenuating Circumstances Please note, this property is in the greater Yosemite area, which is considered a high-risk fire area, all year round, and is not protected under any extenuating circumstance policy. While natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events are covered, their policy does NOT include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida, or wildfires and/or low air quality from wildfires or storms occurring in the greater Yosemite area. There were goodies for our dog to use, the hot tub was super easy to use and so fun, we watched a ton of movies and kitchen was fully useable and well stocked. The fireplace was lovely too! The host communicated with us and answered any questions promptly. The location was gorgeous too, and so close to Yosemite! We did a quick day trip to the park, it was amazing. We loved every minute there and enjoyed our stay immensely. It is perfect location to Yosemite and the town is close by where everything you could need is available. The house was very clean and organized and had everything we needed and more. Things had labels which I really appreciated . Loved the outside porch area with the jacuzzi. Had a nice inclosed yard for our dog. We enjoyed using the wood stove and hanging out in the living room. It’s also a great location. Oakhurst is a nice town and close to bass lake and places for hiking. Even was a wine tasting place close by we could bring our dog to. I would rent this place again. ##### kari K. The kitchen is well prepared for all you need. We are very pleased for all the considerations the owner puts on this rental property and thoroughly enjoyed our getaways. We also made the trips to Yosemite during the stay and hiked on some trails that we wanted to hike but never got a chance. The property is conveniently located for the Yosemite trip as it only takes about 15 min to reach to the south gate. ##### Timothy W. The place is simple but very well stocked and well furnished. Very large and completely screened in backyard. Kitchen outfitted with good quality plates, glasses and pots and pans. Very clean at check-in and check-out process was easy and painless. Close to South gate of Yosemite and ten minutes or so to dog friendly hiking. Also, the stars were smazing. ##### Elena M.
