Just 2 minutes off Highway 41, 8 min from Bass Lake, and only 15 minutes from Yosemite South Gate, the mountain home features a 360 degree view of mountains on either side of the house. Comes with a recently renovated game room filled with Ping Pong table, Foosball Table, 4-seater sofa and large smart TV. Each room has been carefully decorated keeping your long term vacation stays in mind, stocked, and sanitized daily \- Living Room features a Sectional Sofa and a Full Futon, with vaulted Pine Ceilings, and Television. Open the blinds and curtains and you will have mountain views on both sides \- Kitchen is newly remodelled, and shiny, with all new equipments, tools and condiments. We have stocked the same with Grill components as well as full Coffee station. Sauces, seasonings, Cereals, and Hot Chocolates are included. \- Dining area features a new 8-seater Dining Table, and a wrap-around window looking at the driveway, one of the best scenes that would refresh your morning breakfast \- Master Bedroom is contemporary and comfy, equipped with a large bed and a Daybed with Trundle. Roadside Parking is abundant in and around the Sky Ranch neighborhood, with little to no restriction. The house is only 15 min away from Yosemite South Gate. The house doesn't align with the post as there is no room for such as people. There are 3 rooms that can accommodate 6 plus 1 persons, additionallly 2 person more could sleep in a not good trundle beds, but there won't be any space in the room to walk. No hangers and no drawers for the clothes, only in 1 room. All the additional people must sleep in the living room in the sofa or floor, that is very inconvenience as you cannot use the living room. The AC doesn't work properly, at least in summer, and you don't get any temperature below 83\. The game room doesn't have AC and it is an oven where you can't stay, as it is the garage reconverted. The table is for 6, so only those guys can seat together and you have to organize shifts for lunch/dinner. The silverware and general kitchen supplies is very limited, no scissors for example. We had kids and adults and both were very comfortable at the rental. Pros: - nice rec area in garage - updated and new appliances - clean and well cared for - plenty of space and storage - nice hard wood in kitchen and open area Cons: - needs signage of address outside home - ants: we found a lot of dead ones but also some live ones as well. - back yard: great amount of space but would be great if mowed/plowed down.
