The private washer and dryer will make it easy for everyone to look their best during your stay. This home is located in a very safe, quiet, and peaceful surrounding neighborhood. Things to Know There is an alarm in the home for when wildlife walks by the outside main gate. It is a small jingle guests can hear in the home. Free WiFi Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) We appreciated the outdoor lighting that activated when we drove back to the home in the dark. The master bedroom (and bed) were particularly comfortable, as was the main room furniture. I have two complaints, however: 1\. The main bathroom tub/shower floor is far too slippery for safety. I am in my late 50s, but fit and active, so I'm not (yet) decrepit and frail, but I would be very concerned if I had mobility issues or difficulty with balance. 2\. The internet was essentially unusable, despite several reboots of the WiFi access point/router. I know the description of the property includes commentary regarding spotty or unreliable access, but it was so bad that we were essentially limited to using cellular networks during our stay. ##### DOUGLAS G.
