We were only two, but it can squeeze eight in, as long as they all get along. We found it comfortable and convenient for local facilities, especially for the annual Global Bird Fair, which was our reason for the visit. It is comfortable and well equipped, except we noted no laundry facilities, which we did not need. There were nice touches, like videos, books and games, none of which we used, but were good to see. Restaurants and shops 10 mins slow walk but car park also near by shops. Comfortable stay, we used as a base for biking 15 miles round Rutland water. Double bedroom on ground floor with toilet by the door. Then another double on top floor with ensuite shower room. A twin room and a bunk bed room with main bath room and over bath shower.
