"Place is relatively clean and house keeping is great. There are some rooms that have an odor that cannot be figure out and some need maintenance on shower door handles are Missing and exhaust fans are broken. All the refrigerators in the rooms need to be changed they don’t keep the good cold"

"What a lovely place this was for our short stay in the Matthews area. This finishes on this place are not conducive to an apartment over the garage, it was a LOT nicer and the pictures are exactly as shown.
