Relax after a day at the beach in this spacious and open home just minutes from the beach. After walking or biking back from the beach, relax in one of 2 living rooms - the second living space features a gas log fireplace with cute built-in window seating, another dining table, two futons for extra guests sleeping over, or simply for an awesome game and playroom. Or gather around the kitchen - between the dining table and island bar, you can comfortably seat 10-12 people. The large master suite is a place for rest and replenishment - enjoy the walk-in tile shower! The second and third bedrooms are fabulous too and share the other beautiful bathroom in the home. Outdoor living continues into the fenced-in backyard with a huge ground level deck perfect for relaxing in the hammock listening to waves crash, entertaining, sunbathing, or just letting the kids run around. We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 pets of any size. Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on the furniture. A large crate is provided in the master bedroom. Located on SE 29th St, the house is 2 blocks to the scenic walkway that leads to the beach or kayak launch.
