Completely renovated in September 2020! New luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout. New Kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, custom tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. The Sea Pearl is over 1,300sq feet with an ocean front master suite featuring a king size bed, a designated work space, and private bath. The master bath has a beautiful custom tile shower with glass barn door, a new toilet, and new vanity with a quartz countertop. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the guest bathroom, and another bedroom with two sets of bunks. The guest bathroom has a full tub with custom tile work, a new toilet, and vanity with quartz countertop. This condo sleeps 9 comfortably and provides Smart TVs in all rooms with access to Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to host an evening of family and friends. You'll find enough sitting in the dinning area for 9 and the living room boasts 2 leather couches that both ends recline with USB ports, and a brand new loveseat. There is also a washer and dryer provided, both new. Most of the furniture and accessories are new including bedding, linens, pillows, kitchen supplies, art work, and TVs. On the deck you'll find two areas of outdoor seating where you'll enjoy views of the community pool, gazebo, beach and Atlantic Ocean. There is a bench located on the front porch with a view of the beach and ocean. Every detail has been carefully thought of and considered to make sure all guest enjoy their time spent at The Sea Pearl. The beach was clean and the ocean was amazing. We stayed over the 4th and it wasn’t overly crowded. The Sea Pearl had all the amenities, and we loved that there was a storage unit with plenty of beach chairs and toys. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The gift basket was such a neat gesture. The only thing I would recommend is better maintenance of the pool, especially in the summer and over holidays. It was a little dirty, and another guest had asked if the pool could be vacuumed because a lot of people were using it. I think it should be cleaned daily, if possible, when it’s the busy season. Parking was easy but spaces under the building are a little narrow, but nothing too unexpected. Great walking distance from so many things. We didn’t move our car the whole stay! ##### Anne B. There are several stores and restaurants in walking distance. The access to the beach is a short walk away and having the pool is an added bonus! The unit itself was very updated and clean. The owner was very responsive and had the cutest welcome basket for us when we arrived. We loved our weekend here and we are already planning to come back next year! ##### Ashley D. It was just yards to the beach with two walkways to the beach. We shopped at the Food Lion which is conveniently just 1/4 of a mile from the condo. This was a great unit and we enjoyed our stay. ##### April K.
