House was very clean, very well-laid-out to accommodate our large extended family with little kids. The pool was a great addition right on the beach, and easily connected to the house to allow for multi-tasking. Check-in was a breeze and management company was very responsive on anything we needed. Not a major problem for young people but the reason we rented this house was we needed the elevator for the 91 yr old. Also had a water leak in kitchen during a rain storm we had to clean up. The realty company was very responsive and helpful. During the week the realty company told us there would be a reduction in the rate we paid.
