Gorgeous views off the deck and from the private pier that goes 600’ out into the bay. House was very clean and well supplied. Everything is as described. The host Iriene is very responsive and super friendly she had treats and toys waiting for our dachshunds when we arrived!!! Restaurants and stores are all nearby and the beach is a short walk away. The town of Southport is 20 minutes away for more nice shops and restaurants as well definitely worth a visit. Very highly recommend and will definitely stay again. The bedroom with the daybed does not have air conditioning so not a room to be considered a bedroom during the summer. There is a ceiling and floor fan, but it is still too hot to sleep in. The kitchen does not have a toaster. The railing going along the steps to enter the home is loose and needs to be reinforced. The garbage can and recyclable were 3/4 full so after bringing our garbage down were fill to the top. The house was very clean and had most of the incidentals you would need.
