Sleeps 9. This gorgeous, open concept, new construction home is just 0.3 miles from beach access and is beautifully furnished and decorated for a serene beach getaway. Spotted by the Sea features three bedrooms with six beds (king, queen, two twins, twin air bed, and queen sleeper sofa) accommodating up to 9 guests, as well as two full bathrooms – plenty of space to make memories with your entire family or spend quality time with a group of your closest friends. Spotted by the Sea is located just a six minute walk from the beach, so you can stretch your legs and avoid parking fees. From the beach access point, it’s only an additional 10 minute walk to the Oak Island Pier, where you can stop at Ruby’s Coffeehouse & Eatery to refuel. This property was just what we needed for our short stay on the Island. Check in and check out we’re fairly simple with minimal hiccups. The property was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. There are rules posted on the wall throughout the property, which was helpful for our teens, but it took away from the home feeling comfortable a bit.
