Enjoyed again but noticed lack of cleanliness. Kitchwn floor wasn't clean when I arrived-- coffee dried on floor. Roach on the floor in main bedroom when I arrived, several dirty dishes in cabinets and vents didn't look like they'd been cleaned in months if not years. One of the blankets smelled dirty too. The bushes off the deck obscured the view greatly... ocean only visible in small section other than from upper deck. Cozy house but needs more attention to cleaning. ##### Katherine K. The back deck is beautifully designed-- many seating areas and the "Sunset Perch" is perfect for, well, sunset watching-- and also for stargazing. I did run into a roach in the bathroom one morning-- pretty common at the beach and the dog run, although a great idea had broken glass all over it and I didn't feel comfortable letting my dogs in there. The kitchen was well appointed, which was nice given that many beach homes aren't. Overall, a great stay! ##### Katherine K. We all had a awesome time staying at Oak Island and at this house. It was a much needed family trip. We all had fun just hanging out on the deck and look out watch.
