All 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the large family room and kitchen making the home ideal for family gatherings. The Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and also has a sitting area where you can enjoy the 50 inch Smart TV. The 2 guest rooms share a bathroom conveniently located off the hallway. The family room is equipped with 2 comfortable reclining couches and is the perfect place to catch up with family and friends or watch your favorite shows on the large 60 inch TV. This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in back porch where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. You can also enjoy the hang out space under the home where there is a 1/2 bathroom available. The beach access is a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. After you have enjoyed the sun and surf at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower with hot and cold water and then relax in the screened in porch or on the open deck in the front of the house. This home is ideally located near the heart of the island and is just blocks from the main road with shops and restaurants and only one block from the intracoastal waterway. There is room in the driveway for a boat and trailer for quick access to the public boat launch only one block away at the end of 55th St. Here the atmosphere is always "Island time" avoiding the hustle and bustle of the main roads and traffic and is the perfect vacation spot for your family and friends to enjoy! We selected Oak Island for its proximity to our home in Charleston. While looking for a place to stay, Sunshine and Wine stood out to us because of the fenced yard, the golf cart, and proximity to the beach. The home is gorgeous. We are a family who likes to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed with excellent cookware and plenty of room. The back porch was our sanctuary in the evening. The seating was comfortable and the fans kept us cool. Our adult kids came up mid week and there was plenty of room for us all. The golf cart made it very easy to pack up and go to the beach. We did that nearly every day. The Oak Island pier was another favorite spot, and we enjoyed snacks and drinks at Koko Cabana. Ruby's also has awesome coffee drinks. We will be back! ##### Eileen S. The location is quiet and a quick drive in the golf cart or walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was well appointed and had plenty of room for everyone. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors in the screened in porch or under the home which we took advantage of! ##### Katie D. I wish there had been more kitchen ware for cooking and glassware and a Grill would have been great. Also a closet in the master bedroom would have been useful. This house was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our 14 month old to spend a week at the beach with my mom and dad. We appreciated that beach chairs were provided and the golf cart is an awesome added feature! The house is super close to grocery shopping and beach access, as well as several local parks. Nice to drive to beach and inlet to hang out or fish. Everything is new. The only thing I would suggest to owners is to have hang up space for master bedroom. Closet was locked which was fine, but wardrobe didn't have a hanging bar. Everything else was great. Would rent again!! ##### edie h. Close to beach and restaurants, spotless and beautifully decorated. Beautiful place, we loved the bright decor and the golf cart was so fun to explore the island. Everything was very well thought out, lots of hooks for toiletries and towels, plenty of outdoor seating areas for enjoying the weather. There are even chairs and beach toys that are in great condition. We brought our own because you just never know what you’ll end up with. We loved having the golf cart come with the house too. Made things easier since it was there when we arrived. I’ve rented from companies down at Oak, which is ok, but one coming with the house was nice.
