The lower deck is fully equipped with dog gates, making it a safe space for your furry friends, and features 4 rocking chairs and a cozy swing for ultimate relaxation. You have direct beach access from this deck. The upper deck provides even more seating including 2 rocking chairs, 2 loungers and 2 high top chairs perfect for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night. There is even a deck on the street side of the home with 2 more high top chairs for amazing views of the intracoastal waterway. Inside, this spacious 5-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably, with a kids’ bunk room on the ground floor featuring a mini ping pong table in the hallway for extra fun. Each of the other bed rooms is equipped with a King size bed and each has its own Smart TV. There are multiple hang out areas to relax, play games or just read a book. The well equipped kitchen includes a wine refrigerator and a Keurig coffee maker and is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. With plenty of on-site parking, this home is ideal for large families, friends, and their four-legged companions. Dog-Friendly Amenities: We understand that your furry friend is part of the family, which is why our rental home is proudly dog-friendly. Access and convenience to the beach could not have been better. The surf was rough at times but the weather couldn't have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, well appointed and decorated and perfect for families to enjoy each other's company at the beach. Oak Island reminds me of North Carolina beaches from years ago. I know changeover day is hectic for the cleaning folks but I was a little disappointed that the house had not been cleaned more thoroughly. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and was perfect for family dinners. The upper deck was a great space to enjoy the beach in the evenings. Generally, check in is 3 and check out is 11\. I thought a check in at 4, and check out at 10 is a bit late and early. Maybe if you could have 1 at the standard check in/out time but not both. The property was absolutely lovely — clean, beautifully decorated in a nautical farmhouse style, and perfectly set up for our girls’ trip with 10 ladies. Being oceanfront made the experience even more special — waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee with that view was unforgettable. We loved gathering in the spacious living area to watch a movie, and the large dining table made it easy for all of us to enjoy meals together. We also took full advantage of the grill for a fun cookout night. A thoughtful touch was the delicious granola left for us as a welcome gift — such a sweet surprise! Overall, I highly recommend Belle Esprit. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and unbeatable location.
