Open concept living/dining/kitchen is perfect for family time. Enjoy the evening on the screened porch or sip your coffee on the rockers on the front porch. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking all your meals. The dogs and kids have room to play in the fenced backyard. Spotless and comfortable - this home has everything! Linens included & beds made. Less than a mile to Oak Island’s south-facing beaches, Casa Del Mar OKI is a perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 8, this home is close to the 20th street foot bridge, Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI. Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space in the driveway to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the Screened in Porch. Out back, a charcoal grill is provided to cook all your favorites. Enjoy a game of catch with the kids, or fetch with the pups in the fully privacy fenced backyard.
