There were plenty of towels/fresh linens available. There were even beach towels! The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. The freezer even had an ice maker. The sectional couch and chair provided comfortable seating for our family of six. The outdoor shower was convenient when we came back from the beach. We ended not bringing our dog, but the backyard was a nice size and the fence was in excellent condition. She even provided a poop scoop and bags to make clean up convenient. Caswell Beach was an excellent location for finding shells and swimming. It wasn't as crowded as other beaches we've been to in the past and was family friendly. We mostly walked from the house to the beach and it wasn't bad at all. The neighborhood was friendly and clean. Even when crossing the road, most vehicles would stop to allow easy crossing.I would be surprised if anyone was disappointed with the accommodations and location of this house. We just got back from our first time to soak Island and this place was truly amazing! Everything was super clean when we got there and so easy to get checked in. The place had everything we needed to cook our first night there which was nice. Super close to Publix and the ABC store which was convenient, but the best part was it was only a little over a half mile walk to get to the beach! They had a big fenced in back yard for our two golden boys that they enjoyed as well. We also met some nice neighbors die the street that helped with dining recommendations.
