There was mold covering the master bathroom toilet seat. None of the beds were made - all of the sheets and towels were in plastic wrapped bundles on the beds. We found ticks and bugs on the mattress covers. Some of the lights didn't work (the overhead light for the stairs for example). The top of the fridge was covered in dust. There is a gap under the front door which causes cold air to make the living room very chilly at times. The house was very cold when we arrived and had issues with the heat.
