The highlights are: proximity to the amazing beach (takes about a minute to walk to the access point) with a great tidal pool for the kids in the late afternoon, sea breezes across the screen porch, super comfy beds, easy drive to groceries and restaurants (great fresh shrimp at Pelican Seafood Market), one-level living, a cozy house that nonetheless has room to spread out and find some privacy, choice of coffee makers (Keurig or regular drip).
