Negatives: communication, (some) neighbors, misunderstood balcony/ deck situation. Overall good beach stay. We’ve been coming to OKI on and off for over 20years and are familiar with these condos. I attempted to reach out the the “property manager” multiple times via email, text and phone, to ask questions about check in and pool status (pool was down for 3 days)… I never got a response, only automated messages. A bit of advice… if you drive a large truck or SUV your vehicle will hang out of the designated enclosed parking spaces. This will leave it exposed to anything dropped or falling from the balconies above it. Unfortunately mine was under a balcony with patrons that stayed drunk all day and night.. I woke up one morning to puke and cigarette butts all over my hood and front of my truck. I parked in the visitors area the rest of the trip. The overview of the listing states ocean views. I “assumed” it had a patio area, this unit only has a standing deck for maybe one person. ##### Phillip M.
