The backyard is fenced in which was great for frisbee with my girl. The house has all of the amenities you need for cooking and general comforts. Maintenance was helpful with the AC when we first arrived as it wasn’t cooling the first two days (thought it couldn’t keep up bc of the 100 temps), but quickly fixed it. House is super close to the beach access which was a plus as walking was preferred.
