Apparently, the office closed early and we were unable to get a response until Friday morning. We were able to receive more towels, which is what we needed. Gerry with the rental company needs to retire. I don’t know how he could’ve been less helpful. Also - towels, linens are very low quality. They come bundled on the beds for you to assemble when you arrive. You get two towels per bedroom. Also, we didn’t have garbage bags in the trash cans, and had one roll of toilet paper for seven bedrooms, come prepared! ##### Kelly W.
