The location of this house is near the Oak Island Pier and perfect for walking to restaurants. This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath home has been completely updated with a new kitchen, new flooring, new paint, new bathrooms, and a large oceanfront deck. Four of the bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, while the 5th bedroom is under the main house and must be accessed by going outside (not accessible from inside the main house). This 5th bedroom space offers a great place for the kids to hangout while the adults spend time together upstairs. The 5th bedroom is also great for anyone who just prefers a lot of privacy. You can walk to restaurants, the pier, play volleyball at one of the city owned courts just down from this home.
