Located on a quiet street just a short 3-minute walk from miles of sandy shoreline, this 2023 newly built one level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience and coastal relaxation. An elevator and a private pool as well as all brand-new appliances and furnishings make this rental home inviting and unique. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for cozy evenings with loved ones, and sink into plush sofas while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is provided to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension built into the dining table allows seating for 10 people. The dry bar sports an under the counter ice maker with a filtered water supply and a stand-alone beverage cooler.
