The only thing that could use some attention is that there was a fruit fly issue from the kitchen sink that we had to take care of. Also under the dresser and couch could have been cleaned more often. They looked a bit neglected. Otherwise great location and great condo. Amazing view. I would definitely stay again. ##### J G. The best part about this place was the back porch with the view of the beach. All the furniture is very old and falling apart to the point we were nervous to sit on anything with a fear that it would break. The beds were worse than what you get at a cheap motel but at least a cheap motel gives you hand soap in the bathroom. The condo also had a bad mildew smell. The whole place was just dingy and just seemed very cheaply maintained. You can also hear every step that the people above you take. Also beware if you do rent this place that there is a very low hanging fan in the dining area and if you are over 5’9 it will hit you in the head. It was frustrating that we were told on the way there that we had to stop by an office to get a parking pass, then got there and learned we had to go back to the off site office to get a pool pass.
