There is plenty of parking. Eight of the 10 bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and two bedrooms share a bath. This floor plan is inverted with six bedrooms on the 2nd level, a second living area, and an entertainment center with a mini kitchenette all leading to the large deck and swimming pool. Three of the bedrooms on the second level have private balconies. The three other bedrooms, each with its balcony, are on the third level with the kitchen and living area maximizing the magnificent views at this quiet end of the island. A back deck off the living and kitchen area offers more outdoor seating and views. Elevator included with this magnificent home. The breakfast island in the kitchen is awesome. We had two small issues while we were there but the maintenance man was there on the double and fixed both issues immediately. Only thing we did not like was a few of our guests woke up with bumps on them that were clearly not mosquito bites.
