Close to the main road and only minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and island shops. Few chains and many unique places to eat and drink. Most houseware items are included with TVS in living room and bedrooms. Living room sized for about six people. Couch is made of outdoor plastic. House could be improved just by a better housekeeping team. Main HVAC filter was filthy as were the windows and siding needs a good power wash. Pool is attended twice a week for about 10 minutes..... which shows. Many black spots on the pool liner. Outdoor furniture covered in spider webs.
