There is ample parking and you're about eight minutes to downtown Fayetteville and very close to the National Park visitor center. We had perfect weather and were able to enjoy the NP most of our trip. Only issues we had with the place were the lack of cooking utensils/ pots pans. As well as the bathroom door not latching shut properly. Other than those small things, the place was great and we would recommend it to anyone who is coming to the area.
