Check in was easy, the house was clean and the kids absolutely loved the game room and the hot tub. The fire pit was a wonderful place to grill marshmallows at night. Overall a wonderful stay with only some small cleanup at the end. Would high recommend to stay here if plan on going rafting, great location around 10-20 from many parks and rafting agencies. The grill was so dirty that my husband had to clean it prior to us being able to use it. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, as well as the baseboards, walls, carpet, kitchen cabinets and doors. The manager was very communicative and made themselves available whenever needed. The house is conveniently located between food and trails. We loved the area and how close the house is to Ace Adventures; we also enjoyed the game room, and comfy beds. My only complaint was the cleanliness ( mostly floors throughout , baseboards and front of cabinets in the kitchen. You can tell the house was not vacuumed before we came. Honestly I looked for the vacuum and was going to do it myself but believe your cleaning stuff was in a locked closest, but I didn’t let this ruin our stay….but thought you should know. More than big enough for all. Enjoyed sharing memories around the fire and hot tub and the game room saved the night when the entire town and surrounding areas lost power from a wicked storm. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We were close to most of the places we wanted to see such as the Long Point trail, Sandstone Falls and boardwalk,etc..
