My family and I stayed at this condo for our trip to the Biggest Week in American Birding. What a fabulous location! The condo is about a seven-minute drive from the entrance to Magee Marsh. It's even closer than the conference hotel. As for the condo, it was great: clean and quiet. A few issues included no cable, no dressers to put your clothes in and somewhat dated furniture. Quiet area if you're looking for peace and relaxation. Rules in the condo need updated to the ones you get online. Example check out time different, no pets, what condition to leave condo. Book included cable channel guide but no cable whatsoever. There was one of those cheap indoor antennas. Was able to get a few Toledo stations off and on. Also a king bed would have been more comfortable. All in all about a 7 out of a 10. ##### Craig T.
