After a long road trip with delays we finally make it to the location and just simply want to go straight to sleep, however, was unable to find the actual place we rented because it was so dark out. I called Rick for assistance but he was not understanding of our situation because we woke him up. He was actually very rude, condescending and treated us like crap! Once we're finally in the condo; I was very upset to find that the inside sliding door has a lock but no latch - so useless. The outside screen door handle came right off and took some fanagling to get it back on and locked but not really secure. So one can imagine in the middle of nowhere in the dark with doors that don't lock was very unsettling. So after a long day...there was no sleeping. The fridge was dirty and the couch was ripped with the inside fuzz exposed just point out a few of the other issues. I took pictures and video but unfortunately am unable to post it here.
