"My significant other and I stayed over night for our first Blackhawks game (they won!). If you are on a tight budget like us, this place is perfect. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room but it was nice- appeared to have new paint and flooring. The bed was a little lumpy and pillows were a little too firm, this isnt a complaint just a heads up. I do not know if we could have requested other pillows but it was too late and we were exhausted after our adventure to mess with it. All the staff we encountered were helpful and kind. We did appreciate the extra level of security since you cant enter the building without a keycard/room key. "

"Really nice hotel that is centrally accessible to all of the sights that Chicago has to offer. On the first morning, there was a strange noise coming from the pipes that was really loud, but the front desk was attentive and reassigned me a new room and had my luggage transferred while I went out to sight-see during the day. My new room was quiet, clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and love Chicago!"
