Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). « This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

« This is a great property. We stayed here in May of 2022 and enjoyed it so much we stayed again this October. Property is beautiful, emaculately maintain, and has absolutly everything you could need. The beach is a huge plus even off-season. My husband and I stayed with my mother, daughter, and her boyfriend. It was a perfect space for everyone to spread out for privace but come together for socializing. I highly recommend it. »

« The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay! »

« The apartment was spotless! Open and airy. The host left excellent instructions, and a phone number if needed. We did and he responded immediately and problem resolved. I have only one suggestion. You need more than one mirror It’s located in the bathroom. Need another either in hall or bedroom I would recommend this apartment to anyone »
