The place is just beautiful; gorgeous bathrooms and cute bedrooms. My daughter and I stayed here for a few days over her April vacation since we are familiar with the general area (my parents have a place in the Sengekontacket community). Our only complaints would be that the beds were too firm for us and that there were quite a few ants (I know it’s spring and that’s typical for this time of year, but it may be time to think about spraying outside …). Unfortunately sink was sluggish in main bath and outlet was not working in secondary bath. Lighting in house is very dim and motion detector light near front door is damaged and faulty. Outdoors, trash cans were full when we arrived and the patio furniture was not clean. An email from the property manager stated that the towels would not be provided, however, the agreement which we signed stated specifically the towels would be provided. I called this to their attention and was told that a paragraph in the agreement was a”typo”. House has potential, but definitely needs attention to details. ##### Katie P.
