I enjoyed the location of the property and the continence of having a market and food options on site. The pools were clean and well maintained, as well as our room we stayed in. I would not choose to have a balcony facing the street again, only thing I would change. And $45 per day to valet park is a bit steep I believe as well.

Very friendly front desk staff. Shaun was especially kind to us during our check-in, and Carissa was great during check-out. Absolutely loved the suite we stayed in, having a kitchen was a great plus, I do wish however there were more kitchen cloths but it was no biggie without it. Just needs some updating as some parts are a little outdated, but it was very clean regardless! Location was 10/10! We were close to Ala Moana mall AND close to Waikiki strip, and close to the Hilton lagoon. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hawaii, we enjoyed it a lot.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was, walking distances, to shops and restaurants, my child enjoyed the stay at the hotel, we didn’t have any problems finding places, the staff were very helpful, the only thing we didn’t like was the parking situation. It’s very expensive if you think about staying 5 nights. But overall our stay was great.

Waikiki Marina at Ilikai is decently priced. It does not have room service, which for us, is not a big deal.The resort is so close to the beach, Ala Moana mall, downtown and bus /trolley pick up points. It's location is very convenient and accesible . I Iike the programs in some nights and watching the sunset overlooking the marina , at the hotel 's courtyard ( which has comfortable outdoor furnitures). We have a balcony as well, and I love having coffee there in the morning, looking at the skies and the ocean.I also like that beach towels are provided .Our room was clean, and have utensils etc. Including dish rack and dish detergent/sponge.Cooking could be an option. A fridge, microwave and coffee maker is available. It has everything we needed for a lower price than the fancier hotels around it. I felt safe in and around the resort.The receptionists are very friendly and accomodating. If you are looking for a decent room to stay, and if you don't mind that the rooms are a bit dated, I would reccomend the Waikiki Marina Ilikai resort. The restaurant Pesca, above it, has the best tasting seafood, but make sure you make reservations.

Great value. We booked this with flights via Expedia. We stayed for 6 nights. The place was super clean when arrived. We love our stay. Room is huge . I treat this as my own apartment. The place is equipped with coffee machine, kitchen , fridge, pots, utensils that you can cook simple meals. You can walk to the beach in 5min. The hotel provides beach towels, that is awesome. Keep in mind that you save big bucks by not having cleaners to clean your place or change your towels daily . We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great holiday. The hotel was clean and in a great location. The staff were amazing! The only issue was the elevators for most of our stay. They did get them up and running before we left and we were on the 4th floor so definitely walked the stairs lots. We did feel sorry for the people on the higher floors! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are friendly and helpful . We had a great time staying there. Beach towels are provided upon request. Ala Moana beach is close by and it is beautiful. Hotel parking is valet only. I am not used to valet parking so we parked at the overnight parking structure at the corner right next to Red Lobster. The studio unit is spacious for our family of 3. Laundry room on our floor is open 24 hours. The only bad thing there is the elevators - they tend to break down one by one. Prepare to use the stairs if you are going down without luggages and you don't want to wait. I still rate this property very high and I would recommend it.

This is a 70s building, this room was lime an airbnb, no one clean the room, the building had a generator outside make noise all day and night we couldn’t sleep, when I asked for a room change they said they were sold out and couldn’t do anything; no one helped I felt I was ripped off I paid full price for a very very bad noisy room

I love the location and the amenities it provided. Pool was small but we never used it anyway. Great for young families. So close to the lagoon and beach. Very nice for the price.

The property is old and the rooms are old. There was issues with their lifts on a daily basis. There is no housekeeping you have to wash your own towels and sheets or wait 4 days to get new ones. We won’t be going back.

2 week stay. First thing - room was nice. Spacious, view of city, would stay in this room again. Problems: (1) I believe we were the only visitors in our wing. 3 or more units were being renovated. Every day - construction sounds, banging, demolition. 24 hours a day - very large blowers in the hallway that you could hear in the unit. A/C turned off in the hallway which is why the blowers. Waikiki Marina Resort at the Ilikai is a property management company only. Staff was very courteous but said they don't own the building and they have no way of addressing, or knowing about, the construction issues. So guess it was just our bad luck to get the room we had. We tried to change rooms but limited options to do so. (2) The elevators went out of service on day 3. Had to walk down 21 floors on Tuesday and then ride the elevator to restaurant on 30th floor and then walk back down to 21st floor coming back. Due to maintenance issues we had limited elevator access for the entire stay. Management did have an external generator installed to restore limited elevator service (max 7 people at a time) (3) We ate breakfast at Pesca restaurant on property. 30th floor views spectacular. Food and service, not so good. For the price, could probably enjoy meal at iHop across the street for better experience. The restaurant on the main floor of Ilikai called 'Cinnamon's' had a fire and was closed indefinitely.
