It’s old, small and cheap place, but charge too much. It’s very noisy and the area looks like not safe and dirty.

When we got the property the office is a block away and couldn’t find. Finally got the key headed to the room. Homeless men were staying right next to the property they peed m pooped around there and smell was disgusting. Entered the room smell like a sewer and bathroom wasn’t clean and the room was hot like a sauna. We asked and they changed the room and it was better than the last room i had. but the room looked nothing like the pictures online. Also there was no actual windows and we could only hear the stuff outside. I do not recommend this hotel.

WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!ITS A SCAM!! Booked 1br condo & turned up with my two children Feb 2023. Left in fear & disgust. Nothing like photos. 3rd world standard. Dangerous, moldy, dirty, not room type paid for (meant to be a one bedroom with a kitchen, it was actually a studio, no separate bedroom, kitchenette). Mould all over room, dirt on bed and lounge, stench of death, rats and lice. Property looked like jail, rust everywhere, doors covered with wood planks, rubbish all over ground and courtyard, shopping trolleys with homeless people’s items, homeless tent city both outside and in the courtyard, drug dealers in corners of complex, security gate without lock, air conditioner units bulging into walkway with cockroaches and rats and cobwebs, pools of stagnant water over most surfaces with cockroaches. Rang office wondering where they were and they were down the alley in another building. You have to walk past a tent city to get to the front desk. Manager incredibly rude and obnoxious. She stated that one bedroom means studio where you live in one bedroom together.! The other girl at the desk was really nice so obviously just worked there. Informed manager that we would not be staying as it was not safe or hygienic, and was not as advertised and once again, she was incredibly hostile. Please read all the reviews before staying here and don’t stay here! I have traveled the world for 25 years, and I have only walked out of accom 2 times total. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Older property but very clean, location is right in the heart of Waikiki, close to everything. Inexpensive, cute kitchen, nice shower. Had a great time, and would stay here again!!

The property was in a great location. It was very dilapidated, paint peeling in rooms and in shower, Parking $45 a day which is higher than I've ever paid on Oahu. Very unclean. Will not stay here again Was very dissatisfied with my accomidations.

Be Aware
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative. We stayed in the condo which was located in a separate building. No elevators so carrying our bags up 2 flights of stairs was definitely not what we planned for. There was a homeless man that lives outside the building. In the unit itself it definitely looks like college living. A window AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the small place. The floors were extremely dirty. The kitchen was dated and by the evening we realized there were ants and little bugs. Bedding was clean. The bathroom was alright but showering without flip flops was questionable with the condition of the floors. Our view on the balcony was of a condemned building with trash all over the place. The unit had a funky smell. Thank goodness the beach was just a five minute walk and that our days were filled with things to do, this is definitely not a luxury condo or a place you’d want to hang out in. Amenities (beach things, beach towels, lobby coffee) is not included and is a separate charge which I was made aware of at checkout. Garage parking is also a separate change which we decided was much safer than trying to find street parking. Evenings are a bit sketchy walking to the condo. Also be aware that the main building also has a gay karaoke bar. We did not visit the karaoke bar and had no issues.

The location is great however it was next to a trap house and a homeless person lived right outside the gate. It’s older property and there were a lot of hidden fees.

The place is bad, the pictures are very different but this place is like a home stay in Africa they charge you an amenity fee but don’t even have blankets, they don’t clean the place not even once in a 4 days stay , the noise, is old and dirty, the staff is very nice and helpful but other than that avoid this place also the price for parking is insane.

The condo was locate just two small blocks from the beach. The room was simple with no thrills . You get what you paid for. Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Close to many restaurants, shops and the beach !

Unit was very dirty, in horrible condition. There were live ants in refrigerator. Bathroom and kitchen were dirty and not cleaned. Bed was good. Horrible smell was coming from refrigerator and in kitchen area. I would not go there again even if they give it for free.

Great location and a short walk to the beach. We had ant in the kitchen and a construction site out our window -the started sawing at 8 am in the morning. Overall it was worth the price compared to other rooms in the area...location, location, location!

Safe locked security gates. Close walk to check in and out but nice if advise ahead of arrival where to check in. Room is clean and comfy. Charged for room amenity but inside a used toilet paper instead of a new roll.

Few of the good things staying here is that they are a block away from the beach. They are also near shops and restaurants. The downside, they don’t have parking. It’s a first come first serve basis and you have to pay parking. They also don’t have daily house keeping. You have to let the front desk know if you need house keeping or you need your towels changed.

I loved staying here, the kitchen really saved us money and the staff is so amazing, helped me with all my issues. also having a free washer and dryer was alot a life saver.. and the coffee bar in the lobby is so nice.

They do take the cheaper route with their accommodations before we were able to use it! Our itinerary was messed up because the hotel didn’t audit their condos and we ended up getting a smaller room without the kitchenette I was very disappointed in the results and really wished I was able to get a refund and stay somewhere where I felt I got my moneys worth!!!

Condo was nice in size for a family of 4 only and the kitchen was perfect. The street had several building torn down and under construction but construction noise was under control. Unfortunately, at night there were several homeless sleeping on the street which made me uncomfortable.

Pros: Very close to waikiki beach and lots of other restaurants. Has decent space with kitchen. Cons: There are only two parking spaces which we need to lock around 11am when someone checks out. People renting a car to drive around the island will never be able to get it. Bathroom door is like a sliding barn door which does not lock at the bottom. Front desk is a little rude and not much helpful. The photos of the condominium are over exposed to make them look prettier. The building is constructed with hollow blocks.

The condo was old, outdated, dusty and not to my standards. I got in after midnight the first nights after long day of traveling and the sheets on both beds had stains on them. Window AC was loud and the room was stuffy. I slept on my own blanket on the bed, because i was exhausted. I left the condo the next day. The bed was uncomfortable also. I will not be staying here again.

There was not much to like. Location was not far from the beach so that was good. I didn't like that we had to constantly ask fir towels & cleaning. Also we ran out of paper towels asked for more and staff never supplied more. I gad to buy some. The restroom door didn't lock only slide closed. Next door some construction was going on all week. This made it difficult to get rest on vacation. Its not relaxing. The bed was two mattresses put together so the middle of the bed eas very uncomfortable because of legs in the middle of the bed.

About the only complaint i would have would be the Karaoke bar in the lobby. It flows into the lobby and it gets crowded and hard to reach the elevator.
