"Wonderful place to stay"
The staff is outstanding. Our flight did not leave until 10pm and check out was noon. They held our luggage for us and They offered us a hospitality room to clean up in after sitting on the beach. Felt good to be clean before our flight.

"Nice but dated"
Hotel is nice, clean, but dated. Staff very helpful. Computer w/ printer, nice. Restaurant is average, but nice decor. On 10 day stay, room a/c leaked, floor soaked. Moved to new room and given upgrade. Hotel needs update and balconies are very small.

"Classic hotel just off Waikiki Beach"
We had one night in Oahu and thought this would be convenient to activities and the beach. It was. It's an older hotel but is in good shape. Our view of the ocean (an upgrade) was spectacular.

"Decent hotel close to everything"
Happy for the most part cleaning staff is great, reception okay. Good location close to stores restaurants and beach. My only criticism is the hotel activities people. One told my wife all new hotel guest get a free beach buffet breakfast and only had to leave a $20 deposit which was refunded at the breakfast. But I realized it was not really a free breakfast, but a 2 hour time share presentation and we did not attend and lost our $20 deposit. False misrepresentation by the hotel activities staff.
