You guys are so great, so accommodating, so friendly, and kind! Your restaurants are excellent! The room was PERFECT. My 13 year old loved your fitness center. The only little tiny issue that I had - and I know that there is nothing you can do about this - is that there were so many screaming kids at the beach all the time. I really want peace and quiet when I'm on vacation because I'm a teacher! Ha ha! I want to be away from kids :) Otherwise, everything was amazing.

Based on the pictures and google maps, it wasn't clear that the other hotels are literally next door. I paid to be in a more secluded resort and away from Waikiki which I did not get. The hotel was a bit run down for a four seasons and the amenities do not compare to other four seasons.

We can not wait to return to this resort! This resort has the cleanest and most beautiful rooms. Every single person, starting at the front desk to the valet was so welcoming. When we arrived we were greeted at the front entrance desk associate . She handed us our beautiful and fresh Hawaiian leis and the little cups with lemon/ginger refresher drink to sip on while she walked us to check in. The check in process was so quick and easy. The check in associate wished me a happy birthday and offered to make our dinner reservation. She was very courteous and efficient. Our luggage was delivered as soon as we walked in to our beautiful room. The room was beautifully decorated . Breathtaking ocean views. Considering that we moved from Ko’Olina Marriott because of the size of the room, a balcony covered with dead mosquitoes and lack of the customer service and professionalism, walking to our bathroom at Four Seasons that was the size of the room at Marriot made my day. They even left a happy birthday note, little birthday cake and the cupcake . Our bed and sofa was incredibly comfortable. We loved the pillows too. They sent somebody to make the sleeping sofa ready for our daughter to sleep. The room was amazingly clean and cozy. 3-4 spacious closets. Check out process was just as easy and quick as the entire check in process. Valet associate had our rental car in the front within 5 minutes. Can’t wait to go back.

check person said there was only a few touch up to do in my room and we ended up waiting for 3 hours to get into room, if room wasn't going to be available until 3pm, then just say it. We was waiting on property thinking we was able to get in.

Incredible stay at the four seasons Ko Olina. The whole area is off the beaten path and perfect for relaxation, fine dining and spa days. Highly recommend this hotel.
