Comfortable bed , nice bathroom

Posted 19-May-2016
The room is comfortable, good bed and it's nice there is s refrigerator. The day time staff are really, there is just one really cold woman that works at night - I don't know why they employ such an unfriendly person.

Good hotel

Posted 13-May-2016
The room was comfortable. They had pots, pans, plates, silverware in the kitchenette. We only made breakfast, took a shower, and slept in the room. Most of our vacation we were out of the room. The beach and shops are in walking distance. Good hotel, not immaculate but it served its purpose.

Pros: The Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Updating.. our room was musty smelling.
You are close to everything, but the hotel is outdated in my opinion and leaves a musty smell in the room and on your clothes when you leave. window units to me need servicing.. other than that it was nice. Staff is awesome!!

Watch for hidden costs!!!!

Posted 7-Mar-2016
Hotel is in decent location and is clean. But they hit you with a $15/night resort fee that gets you a bunch of useless things you'll never use or need like 10% discount at Macy's. Than parking is another $25/night and late check out could run you $50-$80 also. By the time you pay the hidden fees spend a little extra on a nicer hotel!

Good location, upgrading room was worthwhile

Posted 27-Feb-2016
Pros: Quite a good location, close to everything, but some not sure if I would feel safe venturing anywhere on my own.
Cons: I think the one bedroom apartments could be improved, rather than filling the lounge room up with beds they could have a sofa bed in this room.
Location: Close to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a great Korean BBQ small takeaway or eat outside, doesn't look that great, but food delicious.
We booked a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen. It was very cramped and there were beds in the lounge section, so it wasn't what we had expected. We advised reception it didn't look like picture on expedia and they said we could upgrade to one of there luxury rooms (at a cost). We decided to do this and were more than happy with our decision. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony that all our family could sit out on. The views were very nice too. I would definitely stay here again, but only if I booked a luxury room.

Waikiki get away

Good place to relax away from the busy beach area. A little dated but pleasant enough for the price.
