Amazing location, reasonable rate, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, option for late check out and even stay till 6pm for half day rate. Great activities in the lobby like lei making, hula dance, yoga, meditation. So close to the beach and different restaurants, public transportation is close by. Close to everything yet on quiet street. Pure gem!

I like it because it was Convenient to the beach, dining, and stores. What I didn’t like was My shower holder was broken, but they repaired it right away. Good job.

I liked the open lobby concept. The staff were friendly and helpful. I have never had to pay to have my luggage held, so was not happy about that. The hotel furniture and carpet is worn, the pool was too cold to use. We enjoyed that the hotel was not located on the main walking street, but was close access to it.

Great experience from checking in to checking out. Michael at the Front Desk and Leo the Bellman are highly professional, pleasant and give much needed information for a pleasant stay. I didn’t get the woman’s name who worked diligently to keep our room clean and fresh and always had a huge smile and nice word.

The hotel is not in the league of the large resorts known in Waikiki, but it is convenient, with just a few minutes from Waikiki Beach; clean, our chamber maid was fantastic and provided us with all our wishes; complimentary breakfast, many options available, and beautiful fresh fruit every day; breakfast option, Restaurant Ilima on the premises offers a significant discount for guests for a delicious choice.

Although this is an older hotel, it has had updates and is a very affordable stay in a convenient location. It is a short walk to the water with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers some free activities, such as beach yoga, ukelele lessons and lei making. A great addition! My only complaint is that there is a large building between the hotel and the ocean. Although it blocks much of the view, you do get a partial ocean view between the buildings. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The location was perfect. Easy walk to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were average. Nothing to write home about. Great view though. The breakfast was absolute horrible. Very small space for the amount of people. Very limited selection for the price that you pay as it is not included. I wouldn’t stay here again mainly for the breakfast. However, there was a lady working the breakfast clearing tables and greeting everyone. She was amazing. She was very helpful, friendly and extremely hard working. Even when others were very rude to her she kept that smile on her face. In this day and age people should be recognized for their work ethic. Guests should learn to treat the staff with respect.
