I could hear the people above me walking and bed noises as well as bar people noise. My room was in a dark area no elevator security using a card key.

Staff are super nice and friendly, they’re the best part of the hotel. Hotel looks old and rooms are a little run down. It’s a little far if you’re walking to all the restaurants and stores in Waikiki, about 5-10mins walk to the beach. Place was not bad for a one night stay on a long Journey from Australia to NYC. If you’re planning a vacation, may be worth spending the extra bucks for a nicer place closer to the action.

This is my second time staying at this property. Our rooms were tidied daily; staff did an amazing job of keeping the exterior shiny and clean. Reservation desk employees were friendly and helpful at all times. I would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful but the room is too noisy. A lot of noise from the street but the worst is from within the hotel. You can hear everything such as toilets flushing, people talking and walking. The pillows and pillow cases smelled terrible. Unfortunately, we all hardly slept and we would not recommend this hotel.

This is a good place to stay. The location is great, the people working there were friendly and helpful. To be clear, i enjoyed my stay and never felt really uncomfortable. But i had some issues. The property is old and has a few problems like water damaged walls, calcium buildup on taps, old carpets and an old slow elevator. The room i was in was only barely cleaned. No attention to detail. There was dust and dirt in corners and in places where it could have been cleaned. The floor was unvacuumed when i arrived and one day i got sheets with a massive brown stain on them which should never have been allowed in the first place. I would stay here again but i think a little more effort into the place might make it go from a decent place to a great place.
